About the company
A Decatur builder that does it all, from the slab to the last coat of paint.
D. Lee Developments, Inc. has been a Georgia company since December 2001, run by its president, David Lee. We build new homes and take on remodels of every size, from a single bathroom to a complete house.
Our office is on Stanton Street in Decatur, and most of our work is right here and across Atlanta. The same team handles the framing, the insulation and the finish work, so you have one company to call for the whole project.
“Our mission is to help millions of people by developing quality sustainable structures for us to enjoy for a lifetime.”

Framing, pours and deliveries. The part most people never see.
A finished house starts as a slab, a truckload of lumber and a frame going up. These are a few shots from our own sites around Decatur, the stage where good work gets built in.

“David is very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. My water heater is went out and he arrived as scheduled. He promptly completed the job and I have not had any issues since. I will definitely call again whenever I work done.”
“D. Lee Developments Inc. did a major remodeling project (kitchen, bathrooms and room addition) at my home, and I am very pleased with the final results. They were very honest, professional and competitive with their pricing. The work was completed thoroughly and timely (as promised) and they cleaned up very well, once the projects were completed. I highly recommend D. Lee Developments for any home rehab projects--they do it all!”
